OUR RESIDENTS

TTP Residencies will allow talented participants to make substantive technical contributions to the needs of the host company – all while providing additional technical training and community structure to selected residents. The TTP Residency internships will focus on technical fields including:

Front end development

Back end development

Mobile development

QA Test development

We encourage students to work on personal projects and practice applying data structures and algorithms skills on sites like hackerrank.com and pramp.com. Also, revise your resumes, cover letters and LinkedIn accounts.

Our Process

Info Session / Apply

Our info session is a chance to hear from the Tech Talent Pipeline program, ask questions, and learn about internship opportunities. Students must complete the application for TTP, Columbia-Lehman DS, or both if you qualify.

SPEED INTERVIEWS

If candidates are selected into the TTP program they will have a number of 15 minute speed interviews with potential host companies.

HOST COMPANY MATCH

Candidates are selected after completing their speed interviews and are matched with a host company.

BOOTCAMP

Consist of 20 days of technical training. Bootcamp covers frontend and backend technologies. Candidates will use the bootcamp to onboard with their host company.

INTERNSHIPS

After completing the bootcamp. The residents work on front end, back end, mobile development, data science, and a host of technology related learning.
